Three years ago, I stepped onto the cobblestone streets of downtown Lancaster with equal parts hope and trepidation. Between the farmers markets and historic buildings, I wondered if there was space for someone like me. The first time I walked into Tellus360 for their queer night, I nearly turned around at the door—until a friendly face waved me in. That moment changed everything.
